We interviewed Dr Nabilla at Abu Rof Clinic in Omdurman where she was conducting an outreach, treating patients who had been diagnosed as having leprosy.

Dr Nabilla does most of her work out in the field doing Eye Care work for Women's Education Partnership. She conducts up to five outreaches a month for us and acts as an ambassador for WEP providing low cost treatment for the poorest people.

She gives freely of her own time and is one of our long standing, highly skilled volunteers in Sudan .

Dr Nabilla is a true “Saint”. We need to continue to seek funds to ensure that the outreaches continue and that we build and develop this eye care work for women and children where there is need. On our behalf Dr Nabilla is visiting areas where WEP already has adult literacy outreaches taking place and she is working with women who gather to learn.
